POLICIES, & ANSWERS TO COMMON QUESTIONS

1. Will you prescribe testosterone, semaglutide, and ivermectin?

Yes, we will.

2. Will insurance cover these medications?

Probably not. We will not do prior authorizations because the insurance company will almost never reward us for our work by paying for your medications.

3. Where is your office?

See address below. However, we do not see patients at our office. All contact with patients are through Zoom or phone.

4. Will you take insurance?

No. Payment is done by autodraft monthly by credit card.

5. Can women order the Semaglutide for weight loss?

Yes.

6. Do you draw blood and does it cost extra?

We will send lab orders via email attachment, and then notify you by phone that it's in your inbox to be sure you don't miss it (in case it's in spam folder). You'll have to print the lab orders off and take them to your nearest Labcorp.

7. Can prospective patients have a free visit?

We offer a free 15-minute consultation, accessible on our home page.

8. Can established patients cancel at any time?

The minimum sign-up is for 12 months. Then you may cancel at any time.

9. What happens if I miss an appointment?

If you miss appointments, the pharmacy will be called and your refills cancelled. So please do not miss appointments. Reschedule if necessary.

10. Will your rates increase?

Yes. Established patients are grandfathered in at the lower rates until their payment card expires. Once your card expires, you will have to sign back up at the increased rate.

11. Will you call "One-Time Consults" on the phone? Usually, that's not necessary. Most of the time, we can meet your needs from your answers to the History Questionnaire.

NOTE:

The Contact Me form is primarily for strangers inquiring about our practice, not paying customers. We do not check this inbox daily. Established Patients should click "Established Patients" and make an appointment.
